Accessibility Statement
Last updated 2026-06-03.
Our aim
We want everyone to be able to browse materials, picture a worktop and get in touch. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA across the site.
Measures in place
- A "Skip to content" link at the top of every page so keyboard users can jump past the navigation.
- A visible focus outline on every interactive element — it is never removed.
- Reduced-motion support: if your device is set to reduce motion, animations and transitions are turned down.
- Interactive controls are sized to a minimum 44×44px touch target.
- Text is set in legible sizes with sufficient colour contrast, including readable labels over photography.
- Images carry descriptive alternative text, and headings follow a logical order.
Known limitations
The worktop visualiser is a highly visual tool. We are continuing to improve its experience for assistive technology; the rest of the site — materials, services, guides and contact — is built to the standard above and is fully usable with a keyboard.
Telling us about a problem
If you find something on this site you cannot use, please get in touch via our Contact page and tell us the page and what went wrong. We will do our best to put it right and to offer the information another way in the meantime.
