Quality assurance
Quality is built in at each stage — template, fabrication and fitting each have their own checks before the work moves on.
Rather than a single inspection at the end, we check the work at the points where errors are cheapest to correct. The template is confirmed against the actual room and your chosen fixtures before any cutting starts. The cut and finished pieces are checked against that template before they leave the workshop. And the installation is checked on site before we hand it over.
Edges are checked for an even profile and a consistent polish. Cut-outs are checked against the real sink, hob and tap. Joints are checked for alignment and a tight, colour-matched finish. Levelling is checked across the run so the surface sits flat.
We are honest about what stone can and cannot do. Natural granite varies slab to slab — that variation is a feature of natural stone, not a fault. Engineered quartz is best kept indoors because UV light can affect the resin over time, so for outdoor worktops we point you to porcelain or granite. We will always tell you the trade-offs before you commit.
