This site is built to work without tracking you. We do not set advertising cookies, and we do not use cookies to profile you across other websites.

Analytics

We measure how the site is used with privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics. This counts page views and broad usage patterns without storing a persistent identifier in your browser for that purpose and without sharing your data with advertising networks.

What the site stores in your browser

The worktop visualiser may keep your current selection (the material and room you are previewing) in your browser so the page can restore it and so you can share a link to a look. This stays on your device and is used to run the tool you asked for, not to track you.

A/B test cookie

We are trialling two versions of the worktop tool. A single strictly-necessary cookie (named “ncw_v”) remembers which version you were shown so your experience stays consistent between visits. It holds only the letter “a” or “b”, is set only by this site, is never shared with anyone, and is not used to profile you or advertise to you.

Forms

When you submit a quote, survey or sample request, the details you enter are sent to us so we can respond. That is covered in our Privacy Notice.
